Once the payment has been complete the order is being processed in our system and cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
